Make sure you extracted the file properly to the correct location. If you only installed the patch, then of course nothing will work.Ħ. The patch will only work if you already have the mod installed, then the patch will update it to the latest version. Also make sure you didn't just download their compatibility patch, instead of the full version of the mod. If so, then you should remove the duplicate, of course.Įdit : a few more things off the top of my head -ĥ. For example, make sure you don't have a duplicate folder, one inside another : Modules/TLD/TLD/.etc. Also make sure you didn't create "nested" folders of the mod by accident. So look for a different place that hosts the file and try downloading it from the new location, and then try launching it again.Ĥ. Maybe the source file where you're trying to get from is corrupted. Try downloading your The Last Days mod from a different source, and see if that helps. If it's not, then the mod probably didn't get installed properly. Now try and see if the file meshes_face_gen.brf is actually inside that Resource folder.ģ. yes but in other games its different, in warband it load textures on demand but it store them until it crash lol. Almost all games use Load on Demand functions now. If you dont have enough RAM to hold all the textures at once, you will crash. Open up your Warband folder -> Modules -> TLD -> Resource Its because if its off, it will load the textures into your RAM. If it still doesn't work, look for the file that the error message is talking about : Reinstall the mod again and see if that helps.Ģ. Originally posted by Chin-Chin:When I try to start the a mod I'll get these messages saying ' Unable to open file: Modules/TLD/Resource/meshes_face_gen.brf ' AND ' Couldn't load "Tesxtures/tld_progress_bar.dds"ġ.
